Married!! Michelle + Norm at the Delta Guelph Hotel & Conference Centre

Hey Gang,

On Friday I had the pleasure of photographing Michelle & Norm’s wedding day, we were blessed with great weather, family and friends! I had photographed Norm’s brother’s wedding a few years ago and I was excited to be doing his! But when I heard the Michelle spent part of her life assisting a top wedding photographer I was a little nervous but she put me at ease telling me the reason they chose me was my ability to capture true essence of a wedding and thats exactly what they wanted at theirs. Big ups to Molly Hopkins for the floral designs and Sam at samsation for the amazing music, and The Event Firm for the Hotel’s decor. I didn’t mention that Norm is a DJ spending alot of his weekends on the club scene, so when it came to decorating their reception they wanted a pure club/lounge feel to it. I think you and The Event Firm you guys did a brilliant job and the vision certainly came through. Enjoy Hawaii and we’ll see you when you get back!

Wow Michelle! When I first met you I knew you were a knock out but look at you girl, you look absolutely gorgeous!

Michelle & Norm decided to have a reveal! I absolutely love it when my couple agree to see each other before the ceremony, it gives us so much time to play with the pressure of any time restraints.

I love this photo so sassy, fun and natural. Just check out Norm enjoying his ”HOT WIFE”

I should warn you things did get a little steemy! *wink*

We were crossing the Road and Norm says how starved he is I mentioned their was a hotdog stand accross the road and the rest is history!! Nothing is like street meat on a wedding day! *wink*

I gotta give it up to my man Rob (second from the left) Look at this boys verticle and they say who says White Men Cant Jump?

This will be me one day at my kids wedding, I love these moments!

After the ceremony everyone was hanging around congratulating the couple. Well the kids got bored and decided to play the FUNNEST GAME EVER….TAG!

Michelle + Norm + me

Hey Gang,

By looking at this week’s You + me I think its a safe bet that I had a good time! *lol*. I met Norm a few years ago at his brother’s wedding so I was pretty excited that they called me for their’s. A big part of Norm’s life is DJing so when I asked them what we were going to do for our You+me they both said they wanted to rock out! I’m thinking No problem I got the moves, I can carry myself! Looking back at this I had no idea I was such a bad dancer!! I remember when I was in elementary school one of my friends gave me advise on dancing, he said he dance like know one is watching well I think I’ve followed that philosophy a to the extreme. I feel like Dr. EVIL from Austin Powers ”come Scott! Come play with your daddy, Im cool….. Taca, Taca Taca….Hey Macarena!!! Ok I’ll stop now I’m just digging myself deeper! Enoy!!

Amanda + Marco + Me

Hey Gang,

Once again I’m blessed to have worked with amazing couples this year and last night’s wedding was no exception! When Amanda & Marco came to see me they both explained how they wanted more of a photojournalistapproach to their wedding, I said “Perfect! that what I do!!” and the rest was history. When I look back at this photo its as if we’ve been friends for years, actually one of the guests asked me how long Ive known the couple for? I told her I met them about 8 months ago and she couldn’t believe she thought we had been friends for years. Anyone that knows this couple knows how warm and welcoming they are to everyone. Luv you guys!! Come back in a few days to see some wedding High-Lights!!

Engaged! Amanda + Rob:: Waterloo, Ontario

Hey Gang,

So I get this email from Amanda a few months ago saying how much she loved her friends engagement photos and was wondering if I was available for their wedding I checked and I absolutely was! I then Found out that Rob was going to be one of the groomsmen at Ashely & Franco’s wedding and as soon as I saw him that day it was high-fives and hugs (in a manly way of course) *lol*. Our first meeting was amazing I was psyched to be part of their day! So when their e-session rolled around I told them to plan for a few hours “we were going to have fun”. Judging by their expressions I think they had a blast too! Make sure you come back to see their wedding!

This is whats its all about, I couple of people so comfortable with each other it just come naturally

God! Girl can you look anymore HOT!!!!

I just love the composition in this shot, something a little different Ive done in the past.

This was my favorite shot of the day, while I was grabbing a couple of portraits of Rob Amanda snuck behind him and started teasing, I just love it!!

After our amazing time we stopped by “Rob’s Pub” where he usuallyhangs out to watch the Football (euro-kind) with his boys and we grabbed a pint and chatted for quite a while and I found out how “passionate” Rob is about his Soccer oops!! I mean Football! *wink*
